What ages do you accept?

What are your hours?

Full-day care until 5:30 PM. Drop-off begins in the morning window; exact class times are shared at tour/enrollment.

What’s included in the $3,780/month tuition?

Full-day care, breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snack, scheduled rest/nap, and daily enrichment (languages, math, art, music, karate and more).

How do you handle allergies or dietary needs?

We collect details at enrollment and create an individual care plan. Substitutions are provided when possible. We operate a nut-aware environment.

Do children nap each day?

Yes—scheduled nap/quiet time in cozy, supervised nap areas. We follow each child’s routine as closely as possible.

What does a typical day look like?

Balanced flow: morning circle & learning play → lunch → nap/quiet time → enrichment & gym → pickup.

What enrichment do you offer?

Rotating art, music, movement/gym, and exploratory play to build social, cognitive, and motor skills.

What’s your teacher-to-child ratio?

We keep small groups and meet or exceed NYC/NY State guidelines. Exact ratios by age are reviewed during your tour.

Are staff certified and background-checked?

Yes. All staff complete required background checks, health & safety training, and CPR/First Aid certifications, with ongoing professional development.

Do you help with potty training?

Yes—gentle, supportive potty-training in partnership with families, plus daily updates.

What should my child bring each day?

A labeled water bottle, a full change of clothes, any comfort item for nap, and (if applicable) diapers/pull-ups and wipes. We’ll confirm a short list at enrollment.

How do you communicate with parents?

Daily highlights and important notes via our parent updates (app/email), plus in-person at pick-up.

How do drop-off and pick-up work?

Controlled entry and an authorized-pickup list with ID checks. Please notify us of any changes in advance.

What if I’m running late after 5:30 PM?

Please call us. Late pick-up fees may apply after 5:30 PM.

How do I enroll, and is there a deposit?

Complete the application, submit the deposit/registration fee, and provide required documents (immunization record, medical form, emergency contacts).

Do you have a waitlist or sibling/referral discounts?

Yes—if a class is full, we’ll add you to the waitlist. Ask about current sibling and referral savings at enrollment.

Which holidays/closures do you observe?

We provide an annual calendar with holidays, professional development days, and early dismissals.

What’s your illness policy and how do you handle medications/EpiPens?

We follow NYC DOH guidelines. Children must be fever-free (without medication) and improving before returning. Medications are stored securely and administered with physician authorization and parent forms.

Is there outdoor or large-motor play? What about screens?

Yes—daily movement/gym play and age-appropriate gross-motor activities (weather/schedule permitting). No screen time during the core day for ages 2–5.

How soon can my child start?
